We scan paper records, from a single document to boxes of files, into clear digital copies you can store, search and share.
- Scans saved as PDF, JPEG or TIFF
- Files named the way you choose
- Your originals returned to you
Turnaround is quoted with your estimate.
Turn filing cabinets into a searchable digital archive. We scan your documents, make the text searchable, and organize everything so you can find a document by name, date, type or a word inside it.
- Searchable archive: text recognition (OCR) makes every scanned page searchable
- Organized and indexed: each document tagged by type, date, person or property, in a structure that suits you
- Secure storage and retrieval: we can store your archive and send you documents when you need them, or hand over the complete archive. Storage, access and retention terms are agreed in writing before we start.
High-volume business document scanning and printing, booked as an appointment like our other services. Call or text (980) 870-0911 to book. The work is quoted and billed on site, separately from notary fees.
We set up your document for e-signature, add the signers and the signing order, send the signing links and follow up until everyone has signed. You receive the completed document and its signing record.
- One signer or several, in the order you choose
- Signers can sign on a phone or computer
- Reminders and status updates until it’s done
E-signatures are generally recognized under the federal ESIGN Act and North Carolina’s e-signature law (UETA), but some documents must still be signed in ink or notarized. An e-signature is not a notarization. If you’re not sure, ask whoever requested the document, or call us to book a notary appointment.
