Who we are
Stony Point Services is run by Roggie and Amy, husband and wife and both commissioned North Carolina notaries public. Our office is in Shelby, and we travel to clients in Shelby, Kings Mountain, Waco and Cherryville, with loan document signings throughout Cleveland, Gaston, Lincoln (including Lincolnton) and Mecklenburg Counties.
Our work covers everyday paperwork: getting a document notarized, signing a loan package under your closing attorney’s direction, or turning a box of paper into a searchable archive you can find things in again.
How we work
- Appointments only, so your time is set aside for you
- ID and documents checked before anything is signed
- Notary fees set by North Carolina law, and every other charge quoted in advance
- Plain answers about what a notary can and can’t do
Credentials
Commissioned North Carolina notaries public. Roggie and Amy each completed the state-approved notary course and exam, are commissioned by the N.C. Secretary of State for Cleveland County, and each carry a notary bond.
